*Shipping Policies*

Shipping is currently done through the US, using USPS service. We charge $5.95 per order for shipping to a US address.

In order to faciliate crossing the packages through the borders, shipping to Canada is done through USPS Express Intl. and/or USPS Priority Intl. service. We therefore charge a flat rate of $19.95 per order for shipping to a Canadian address.

*PLEASE NOTE:*

Orders will be shipped within two business days (Monday - Friday). It will take between 5 to 10 business days to receive your order, depending on the destination location.

Please make sure your "ship to" address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information. You will be charged back any additional cost for "Address Corrections" when it is billed to us. NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.

* Customs and Import Duties*

Your order may be subject to VAT, Import Duties and/or Taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. It's Lingerie Paradise does not collect these, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

*Out of Stock Items*

Most of our items are in stock, however if at the time of your purchase the item is out of stock, you will be notified via email. At this time, we may suggest other suitable items of a similiar nature for replacement of the original product requested, or advise of alternative delivery date. Credits or backorders can also be discussed at this time.

*Returns Policy*

Due to Health regulations and to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn. We stronly encourage our customers to contact us should they be unsure about the sizing.

Exchanges can be accepted for UNOPENED, UNWORN merchandise if the guidelines below are followed and respected:

- You must first contact us at info@itslingerieparadise.com to obtain a Return Authorization code.

- Returns must be reported to us within 10 business days.

- The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, and still bear its original tags within 14 business days after we provided the Return Authorization.

- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

- Panties, g-strings and thongs cannot be returned due to health reasons.

- Shipping charges are non refundable
